Samira Alam is an accomplished leader with a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a Master’s in Satellite and Radio Communication from King’s College London. Her career includes roles at Tyser & Co, ICE Data Exchange, Goldman Sachs, and Nomura International, serving clients like Reuters and the European Space Agency. She has lectured in mathematics at the American University of Iraq, Sulaimani, and holds a Business Strategy diploma from Harvard University. Samira is dedicated to closing the microinsurance protection gap in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. She is a member of the IEEE and the Chartered Insurance Institute London.
